Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@iqsofas.co.uk. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important for bulky items:

  • Collections are arranged through IQ Sofas’ approved delivery partners.

  • Items must be disassembled for collection, if applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

  • If a manufacturing fault or delivery damage is confirmed, you may receive a replacement or full refund.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections within industry standards

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for banks or payment providers to process the refund.

  • For Klarna or other third-party payments, please contact the provider directly for processing details.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, please return the original order and place a new purchase for the desired product.
