Returns / Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Furniture items must be disassembled prior to collection. Collections are arranged only by IQ Sofas’ approved delivery partners. Returns sent via other delivery services will not be accepted.

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending any items. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Payments made via PayPal or card will be refunded to the original method. Klarna customers should contact Klarna directly for refunds.

Faulty Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault or damage caused during delivery, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide images showing the fault.

IQ Sofas will review the claim and, if accepted, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement item

  • Or a full refund

Exchanges:


We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, please return the original order and place a new purchase for the desired product.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Minor imperfections within acceptable industry standards
