Delivery Information 

IQSofas Limited, registered in Great Britain (Company Number: 16797291), trading as IQ Sofas, provides delivery services for all sofa orders across the United Kingdom (excluding Islands and Northern Ireland).

Delivery Service

  • All large sofas are delivered via 2-man delivery partners.

  • Ground floor delivery is free. For delivery to other floors, please notify us before placing your order.

  • Delivery time for stocked items: 3–7 working days. Made-to-order items may take longer depending on production.

  • You will receive a 3-hour delivery window the day before delivery, with a final notice 30–60 minutes prior.

  • Please ensure someone is available all day on the confirmed delivery date. A redelivery fee may apply if you are unavailable, unless at least 2 working days’ notice is provided.

Preparing for Delivery

  • Ensure there is space for the delivery van.

  • Clear a path to the delivery room and protect floors and furniture.

  • Sofa beds can only be delivered to the ground floor due to size and weight.

  • Items will be delivered to the room specified by you, for rooms between ground level and level two, where the delivery team confirms safe access.

Important Notes

  • Delivery slots may fluctuate slightly due to traffic or route changes. Please plan for availability all day.

  • If there is an issue on delivery, notify the delivery team immediately or contact us within 24 hours.

  • IQ Sofas is not responsible for items forwarded outside the UK from your delivery address.
